Actor Shraddha Srinath, who is known for her work in Tamil, Kannada and Telugu films, recently miffed with certain media outlets or journalists who are confusing her with Shraddha Kapoor or Shradda Das. She took to Twitter and posted a series of messages for those who confuse her with Hindi actor Shraddha Kapoor and Telugu actor Shraddha Das.
Shraddha quickly shared a series of tweets, in which she says that she appreciates people who get her name right. Her tweet read, "I appreciate people who get my name right. So much. Even though your keyboard suggests Das or Kapoor, every fibre of your body tells you that Srinath is the one to type. I appreciate you. I see you. You are loved (sic)."
She even revealed that she has added her mother's name, Rama, to hers. "On Instagram though I changed my name to Shraddha Rama Srinath. Maybe I should change it here too. Rama is my mom's name. Henceforth will consciously introduce myself as Shraddha Rama Srinath everywhere. Watch me (sic)."
She wrote, "You guys don't worry about this though this is for me. Just... Just call me Shraddha Srinath. Not das or Kapoor. It's a huge ask I know, especially for interns handling big film accounts. But please, do it for the sake of the journalism school you never graduated from (sic)."
After the series of tweets, while many supported her a section of Twitterati was not happy with it and trolled her. Shraddha who is not an active social media user shared that she is saying bye bye to Twitter for the next four months and wrote, "Okay enough Twitter for the next 4 months thank you for your sassy replies byeeee (sic)."
