Lavanya Tripathi Says ‘Sathi Leelavathi’ Blends Comedy with Emotion

Actress Lavanya Tripathi Konidela is gearing up for the release of her upcoming entertainer Sathi Leelavathi, which is set to hit theatres on May 8. The film stars Malayalam actor Dev Mohan as the male lead and is directed by Tatineni Satya, known for films like Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu and Shiva Manasulo Shruti.

Presented by Aanandi Art Creations, the movie is jointly produced by Nagamohan Babu M and Rajesh T under the banners of Durgadevi Pictures and Trio Studios.

Ahead of the release, Lavanya interacted with the media and opened up about her role and the film’s entertainment quotient. The actress revealed that she plays the role of a director in the movie and expressed confidence that audiences will thoroughly enjoy the comedy.

“I play a director in Sathi Leelavathi. The film has plenty of entertainment, and everyone will enjoy the comedy portions. My manager and I had a blast while watching it. Along with humour, the film also carries emotions and a message, but we made sure it never feels preachy,” Lavanya shared.

Speaking further, the actress hinted that the relationships portrayed in the film are quite unusual and different from real-life situations. “The way relations are shown in the film may not be seen in the real world. I also hope women never have to face such situations,” she said.

Lavanya also spoke about her personal life and expressed happiness about her marriage with actor Varun Tej. “I am lucky to have a life partner like Varun. I am very happy with my husband and son,” she added with a smile.

With a mix of comedy, emotions, and family drama, Sathi Leelavathi is aiming to entertain audiences this summer season.
