Vishal & Arya starrer 'Enemy' is the only Tamil film to compete with Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Annaatthe' in the Diwali race. The real-life friends will be locking horns with each other in the intense action-thriller directed by Anand Shankar of 'Iru Mugan' fame. The trailer just landed on the internet which hints to be a battle of guns and wits.

The two-minute-long trailer offers a parallel narrative involving two competitive children who are also close friends while the other plotline features a face-off between a criminal and a Malaysian cop. The crux of the story is "what happens when a friend, who knows you in and out, turns your enemy?"

Prakash Raj and Thambi Ramaiah are playing the father roles of the friends turned foes Vishal and Arya in Enemy. RD Rajasekar's posh visuals and Sam CS' scintillating background score add more dimension to the video. The promo also teases us with breathtaking stunt sequences. Thaman's songs are already a viral hit among the audience.

'Enemy' is produced by S Vinod Kumar under the banner Mini Studios. It also stars Mamta Mohandas, Mirnalini Ravi, and Karunakaran playing pivotal characters. With action by Ravi Verma, the movie has the screenplay by Anand Shankar, Shan Karuppusamy, and S Ramakrishnan.
