As we all know, Actor-Producer Udhayanidhi Stalin's next film to hit the screens will be 'Manithan' directed by I.Ahmed, The film starring Udhay and Hansika in lead roles is the Tamil remake of the critically acclaimed Bollywood Court Drama 'Jolly LLB'.

The trailer and songs of the film released last week and both have got super positive responses from fans and critics alike. The film is all set to hit the screens on April 29.

Now Udhay who has also produced the film under his Red Giant Movies banner has announced that 'Manithan' has acquired a clean U Certificate from Censor officials who watched the film.

The film stars Aishwarya Rajesh, Radharavi, Prakash Raj and Vivekh in important supporting roles. Santhosh Narayanan has rendered the musical score. Ajayan Bala has penned the dialgoues.

Udhayanidhi as a actor and producer has been giving neat family entertainers and all the films he has acted so far- 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi', 'Ithu Kathirvelan Kadhal', 'Nanbenda' and Gethu- have received a clean U rating. 'Manithan' follows suite in style.
