Suriya after a long time is acting simultaneously in two films 'NGK' directed by Selvaraghavan and 'Kaappaan' directed by K.V.Anand. Only recently he finished his portions in 'NGK' and bid adieu to the team with Selva praising him sky high for his cooperation.

Suriya has quickly changed his getup and will start shooting for 'Kaappaan' from today and with this schedule, the remaining thirty percent of the film will be completed and post-production will commence. Mohan Lal plays the Prime Minister in this espionage thriller with Suriya as his protector while Arya is the antagonist. Sayyesshaa, Samuthirakani and Boman Irani appear in other important characters. Harris Jayaraj scores the music for this mega venture bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
