Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan has suffered minor burns in an unfortunate fire accident during a Diwali celebration. Many popular Bollywood celebrities had been to the Diwali celebration organized by Amitabh Bachchan, and it was during this event that the incident happened.

Popular publicist Archana Sadanand, who is Aishwarya Rai's agent, escaped a major fire accident after her lehenga caught fire. This was noticed by Shah Rukh Khan, who was one of the guests and immediately rushed to her rescue and used his jacket to control the fire.

Archana sustained injuries on her hands and right leg, while SRK suffered minor burns. As said by one of the guests of the party, the incident happened at 3 am in the presence of few guests who were shocked, as Shah Rukh with his presence of mind, rushed and rescued Archana who was later admitted to the Nanavati hospital and is recovering well.
