Ajith Kumar one of the most followed actors in Indian cinema has been giving fans a bit of both worlds in the past few months. Earlier this year he gave them the blockbuster hit 'Thunivu' directed by H. Vinoth which was even more special as it locked horns and the box office with arch rival Thalapathy Vijay's 'Varisu'. On the other side the avid biker has been giving them glimpses of his world tour Ride With Mutual Respect at regular intervals.
Ajith's next movie 'Vidaamuyarchi' was supposed to go on floors several months back but it underwent a change of director and so the preproduction has taken some time. Now the hot news has come that director Magizh Thirumeni has finished his screenplay and both Ajith and producer Lyca Subaskaran are very much satisfied and have given the green signal for him to proceed with the location hunting and casting.
Reliable sources suggest that the set work has already begun in Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad and will be completed in a months time. So the auspicious start date has now been fixed on August 21st and preparations are in full swing for that. Ajith already is committed to resume his world bike tour in November and keeping that in mind all his portions will be shot before that. This means that AK fans can expect the film to hit the screens as early as Summer 2024.
Anirudh is scoring music for 'Vidaamuyarchi' while Trisha is said to be on the verge of signing the project as the female lead. We also have an inside info thar AK will be seen in dual roles. But we have to wait for the official word to come as anything can change anytime in the film world.
