The digital revolution has made it easier for more and more people to express their talents on various mediums and eventually they get a shot at the big screen. Hip Hop Thamizha Aadhi, Gopi and Sudhakar, VJ Vignesh and Mrinalini Ravi are some of those who have made a successful transition from YouTube and other media to cinema.

The latest addition to the above list is Elakkiya who gained fame through her Tik Tok videos. She has signed on to play the lead heroine in an interestingly titled movie 'Nee Sudatha Vandhiya'.

'Nee Sudatha Vandhiya' has Vicky as the her and Elakkiya is playing his pair while Pradeepa, Dheena, Ranjani, Archana Priya, Rosy and Transgender actress Lavanya. Alexander Arumugam debuts as director while Arun Kumar is producing and Durairajan is scoring the music.

It is said that the songs of the film are based on the Ghaana genre and are sung by popular Ghaana signers Sujatha, Sudhakar, Logesh and Settu who have also written the lyrics.

The team of 'Nee Sudatha Vandhiya' has shared that the film belongs to the horror genre with adult comedy thrown in and are confident that it would be an entertainer.
