The final countdown has begun for the grand worldwide release of Ajith Kumar's 'Thunivu' with exactly a week remaining for the release date January 11th. We already brought the news to you that the film has been censored with a crisp running time of 2 hours and 25 minutes and U/A certificate.

Before the release of the trailer of 'Thunivu' on January 1st the production house owned by Boney Kapoor asked fans to guess the name of Ajith Kumar in the film. Now the news has broken out the name of Ajith's character in the film is the main suspense in the story and will only be revealed in the climax. Sources suggest that it will be such a huge twist that the audience will see him in a totally different perspective after that.

The 'Thunivu' trailer suggested that Ajith is the main villain in the film and proves it by robbing a bank and shooting seemingly innocent people. He even calls himself a scoundrel when a victim tries to attack him. Now according to the reports in the climax of the film when Ajith's name is revealed is when audiences will get who he really is and why he did all the bad things till then.

'Thunivu' directed by H. Vinoth has Ajith, Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani, Pavni, Amir, Cibi Bhuvana Chanran, Veera, G. M. Sundar, Mahanadhi Shankar and others in the cast. The film's music is composed by Ghibran while the action sequences are choreographed by Supreme Sundar.
