Exciting update on Sillukaruppatti director’s next movie!

Director Halitha Shameem had made her debut with the 2014 movie Poovarasam Peepee which won good reviews, and her second movie Sillukaruppatti was released last year. Sillukaruppattti which was released by Suriya’s 2D entertainment opened to great reviews.

The movie which is an anthology based on love and starring Samuthirakani, Sunainaa, Sara, Leela Samson, Manikandan, Nivedhitta Sathish, Kravmaga Sreeram is running successfully even after the  Pongal releases. Now, Halitha has revealed the status of her next movie after requests on social media.

Halitha Shameem’s next movie is a village based comedy Aelay which will be focusing on father – son relationship, and the shooting of the movie has been completed and is now in post production stage. Produced by Y Not studios, the movie has Pushkar – Gayatri as creative producers and has Samuthirakani and Manikandan playing father and son.
