Meanwhile, ‘Yashoda’ is a highly anticipated Pan-Indian project in Samantha’s pipeline. The makers of the movie launched the teaser today. Samantha plays the titular role. The 75-second-long video opens with Yashoda entering a dark and eerie place followed by a complete contrast scene in which she is in the hospital and the doctor tells her that she is pregnant.
The teaser continues to showcase contradicting visuals of Yashoda struggling to escape from somewhere to the doctor’s advice to be careful in the hospital scene. It is safe to say that the team succeeded in making the audience feel the same way as the protagonist. Mani Sharma’s BGM, Sukumar’s visuals and Marthand Venkatesh’s cuts gave us an intriguing teaser.
Directed by Hari – Harish, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Unni Mukundan, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, Shatru, Madhurima, Kalpika Ganesh, Divya Sripada, Priyanka Sharma and others are playing major roles. Sivalenka Krishna Prasad has produced the film under the banner SriDevi Movies. Yashoda will be released in theatres very soon.
