The Sankranthi 2027 festive season is already generating strong buzz in the Telugu film industry, with several major projects officially confirmed and a few high-profile films expected to join the race soon. Even two years ahead, the festival window is shaping up to be one of the most competitive in recent times.

A new film directed by Anil Ravipudi has been officially locked for Sankranthi 2027. The director himself confirmed the project, while announcements regarding the cast and technical crew are expected in the coming days. Given Ravipudi’s consistent track record with festive entertainers, expectations are already high.

Another major confirmation comes in the form of King 101, which has been officially announced by the makers. The film is the sequel to the popular blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana, making it one of the most eagerly awaited Sankranthi releases on the cards.

Adding to the confirmed list is Sharwa38, which was personally confirmed by Sharwanand during a recent press meet. The actor’s announcement has firmly placed the film in the Sankranthi 2027 lineup.

Meanwhile, two other big projects are generating strong industry buzz but are yet to receive official confirmation. Mega158, also referred to as Chiru Bobby 2, has not been formally announced so far. Similarly, NBK111 remains unconfirmed, though speculation continues in trade circles.

With multiple star-driven films already locked and more expected to be announced, Sankranthi 2027 is shaping up to be a marquee season for Telugu cinema. As official announcements roll out in the coming months, the final festive lineup is expected to set the stage for a massive box-office showdown.
