Samantha is all over the headlines quite often now and she proves to be the queen of the Kollywood and the Tollywood film industry. It looks like Sam is all set to bring the Malayalam film industry also under her spell.
What we hear is that Samantha is reportedly set to act opposite Dulquer Salmaan in her maiden Malayalam movie King of Kotha. The film is a gangster drama, directed by Abhilash Joshiy. DQ and Samantha were previously part of the Keerthy Suresh-led Nadigaiyar Thilagam but didn’t have any scenes together.
On the work front, She currently has the sci-fi thriller Yashoda and the Vijay Deverakonda-led romantic drama Khushi in her kitty. She plays the lead role in director Gunasekhar’s latest magnum opus Shaakuntalam.
Dulquer Salman was last seen in the movie Sita Ramam the film stars Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna, and Sumanth, among others. Dulquer will next be seen alongside Rajkummar Rao in Raj and DK’s upcoming web series, Guns and Gulaabs.
