Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram’, which is in the post-production phase, has chosen a post-Summer theatrical release. The multi-lingual release will hit the screens on June 3.
“I am waiting with bated breath for our movie to release world over, in theatres on June 3rd 2022,” the legendary actor tweeted, revealing the date. The announcement came with a sharply edited making video in which we see glimpses of not just Kamal and his director Lokesh Kanagaraj but also the film’s chief antagonist Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil. It’s hinted that Anirudh Ravichander’s music is going to amp up the “biggest action entertainer” in a solid way.
With Girish Gangadharan behind the lens and Philomin Raj in charge of the cuts, the film also features Narain, Chemban Vinod, Kalidas Jayaram, S Gayathrie, Shivani Narayanan, Mynaa Nandhini and VJ Maheshwari.
Shankar-directed ‘Indian 2’ and Sukumar-directed ‘Pushpa 2’ are among the upcoming movies of Kamal and Faahadh, respectively. They both have power-packed roles in ‘Vikram’.
