Interesting buzz about Naga Chaitanya’s ‘Thank You’

Naga Chaitanya recently started shooting for ‘Dootha’, his OTT debut. Meanwhile, we hear something interesting about his next feature film ‘Thank You’, which is a Vikram K Kumar director. 

In this Dil Raju production, the ‘Bangarraju’ actor is playing a hockey player whose character is amplified with a wholesome arc. “Writer BVS Ravi, in collaboration with the film’s other writers, has penned a solid character arc for the ‘Love Story’ actor. ‘Thank You’ is far from a sports-based drama. It’s a coming-of-age rom-com. The hockey backdrop is not full-fledged,” a source says.

The film, starring Raashi Khanna as the heroine, is currently in the post-production phase. The ‘Majili’ actor has played a never-seen-before character in the 2022 release. S Thaman has composed melodies, while ace lensman PC Sreeram is handling one of the most important projects of his filmography in recent times. Co-produced by Harshith Reddy, ‘Thank You’ has editing by the National Award-winning Navin Nooli.

Coming to ‘Dootha’, which is also directed by Vikram Kumra, it is a horror web series where Chay is playing a journalist who has an eccentric streak in him. Parvathy and Priya Bhavani Shankar have key roles in the Amazon Prime Video series.
