Memory loss is a national disease – Prasanna on social issue hashtags!

Last week, Tamil Nadu witnessed two horrible incidents of crimes against women, which shook the whole state. A 7-year-old girl was raped and murdered by her neighbour in Pudukottai, and the child’s body was found in a bush near her home.

While Netizens sought justice for the minor girl with a trending hashtag carrying her name another incident happened and another hashtag trended seeking justice for K Sasikala, who had killed herself after being assaulted inside her house by a relative.

Now, actor Prasanna, who has been impacted by seeing the changing hashtags and not the nature of evil people, has posted a tweet that reads  “Jayalalitha or jayaraj or jayapriya its only until the next sensational death/murder/rape news. Then the justice seeking hashtags change. But what has to actually change never change! Tired of all of this. Sadness creeps! “MARADHI ORU DESIYA VYAADHI” “.
