Pawan Kalyan on Wednesday met with BJP National President JP Nadda and discussed a number of issues concerning the Andhra politics. The Jana Sena chief revealed that the Tirupati by-poll issue came up and it was decided to field a suitable candidate after a careful evaluation by a joint committee of both the alliance partners.
As for the Amaravati issue, Pawan said that the BJP and his party will stand with every Amaravati farmer until they get justice in their struggle. “Irrigation projects are meant for the welfare of the farmers. They have unfortunately become milching cows for few leaders,” Pawan commented after the meet.
He urged the Centre to initiate firm steps on the rampant corruption and ensure that Polavaram gets completed.
As for Hindutva, Pawan raised the issue of the desecration of Hindu temples as well in the presence of Nadda.
