A few days ago, 'Oosaravelli' actress Payal Ghosh made allegations of sexual misconduct against Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap. A couple of days ago, the 'Prayanam' actress went on to file an FIR against the 'Black Friday' director at Versova Police station in Mumbai.

The news is that Payal's lawyer has made it clear that the priority is to get the 'DevD' director arrested as soon as possible. He has been accused of rape, wrongful restrain, wrongful confinement and outraging the modesty of a woman.

The director could face the heat in yet another case. Payal's lawyer has told IANS that a complaint will be lodged under POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) for his alleged involvement in child sexual abuse. He has cited video evidence in this regard. Although this one has nothing to do with Payal's complaint, the lawyer is going ahead with it.

The case against Anurag Kashyap falls in the non-bailable category.
