The world prayed and waited for more than a week for the last of the twelve boys trapped in a Thai cave to be resuced by brave divers. The highly covered incident made it to the headlines all over the world and as thirteen lives were saved in the high risk operation where the divers had only five feet visibility and also had to fight the rising tide. Michael Scott who makes Christian faith based films under his Pure Flix banner has announed that he would soon start a film based on the Thai cave rescue. The film will be produced by his other banner Pinnacle Peak and screenwriters would begin work soon. Scott has stated that making the film is also a personal thing to him as the brave Sgt. Saman Kunan who lost his life in the mission is a friend of his wife. The film is set to be shot in Thailand at a budget of 30 to 60 million USD.
