Bollywood actor Rahul Bose has been known for acting in several critically acclaimed Bollywood movies and had also acted in Tamil, making his debut with Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan starrer spy thriller Vishwaroopam 1 and 2, where he played the villain Omar.

The actor had recently booked a room in JW Marriott Hotel in Chandigarh and had ordered two bananas after his workout session. However, as he got the bananas, the bill that accompanied them shocked him. Two bananas were priced at 442 rupees and 50 paise including GST.

Shocked by the huge price, Rahul Bose shared a video on Twitter, with the caption "You have to see this to believe it. Who said fruit wasn’t harmful to your existence? Ask the wonderful folks at @JWMarriottChd #goingbananas #howtogetfitandgobroke #potassiumforkings". While several netizens were equally shocked as him, some had also trolled the actor that while he could pay to stay in a five star hotel, he could also pay this bill easily, and several others tweeted that they pay such huge money for theater popcorns and snacks too.
