Governor celebrates women's day with Draupathi!

After the movie Pazhaya Vannarapettai, director Mohan G's second movie Draupathi, said to be a crowd funded film had been in news for its controversial theme since the poster and trailers released, and the movie was released worldwide on February 28.

Starring Richard Rishi, Sheela, Karunas and Nishanth, Draupathi had opened to negative reviews but the controversial theme of the movie has resulted in good box office results. Politicians like PMK leader Ramadoss and BJP leader H Raja also had watched and appreciated the movie.

Joining them is Kiran Bedi, the lieutenant governor of Pondicherry who has taken the housekeeping staff of governor's office for Draupathi on Women's day. Kiran Bedi has posted on Instagram "Celebrating Womanhood! Raj Nivas Puducherry takes the Women Housekeeping staff to cinemas to watch film - Draupadi. #IWD2020 #InternationalWomensDay".
