Director Maruthi visited the temples of Tirupati and Srikalahasthi today, seeking divine blessings. He later shared photos from his spiritual visit on social media. As expected, fans of Prabhas flooded the comments section, eagerly asking for updates on the much-anticipated film Raja Saab, starring Prabhas.
While Maruthi didn’t give a definite update, he reassured fans that interesting announcements are on the way. Responding to the curiosity, he tweeted the following.
“To give the accurate info @peoplemediafcy on that job. Expecting CG output soon. Once those are verified, makers will announce the release date. Many external things are involved in this process—it’s not a one-man word or work. So, things will take time. Be a little patient, everyone is giving their best to match your expectations.”
Raja Saab is said to be a horror comedy and includes heavy VFX work, which is currently taking up most of the team’s time. Sanjay Dutt plays a key role in the film, while Niddhi Agerwal and Malavika Mohanan will be seen as the female leads.
The film, produced by People Media Factory, was initially expected to release this month but has now been postponed.
