Akhil Akkineni is making a powerful return with a mass-action entertainer titled Lenin, aiming to bounce back after the disappointing performance of his last film, Agent. The actor took his time before signing his next project, and now he seems ready to win over audiences with this fresh attempt.
Directed by Murali Kishore Abburu, known for Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, Lenin promises to appeal to the masses with its engaging storyline and intense character design. The film is being jointly produced by Annapurna Studios and Sithara Entertainments.
This marks Akhil’s sixth film, and he’s hoping it will bring him his long-awaited commercial success. The recently released title glimpse gave a peek into the film’s tone and Akhil’s striking transformation. His character appears to be inspired by Lord Krishna, bringing a mythological touch to a modern narrative. The tagline, “No war is more violent than love,” hints at a story filled with emotional depth and intensity.
Sreeleela stars opposite Akhil, and S. Thaman’s impactful background score adds further weight to the visuals.
