‘Dasara’ Trailer: Uncontrollable wrath!

When the teaser for ‘Dasara’ was released, it appeared that the film would be wild, rebellious and intense. The trailer, powered by Natural Star Nani’s fury, only furthers the impression.

Set in Godavarikhani in Telangana, the film follows the story of Dharani (Nani), whose intemperate behaviour after he gets drunk gets him into trouble. At one point, he is summoned by the police, whose threat of punishment literally sends shivers down his spine. So, while he may be foolhardy and adventurous when he is intoxicated, he is timid and sober otherwise. At one point, he also looks repentant when he is warned of consequences for his drunken behaviour. 

Dheekshith Shetty, who plays his friend, has a full-fledged role. For now, we have to make do with Dharani’s uncontrollable wrath that knows no limits. Vennela (Keerthy Suresh) is his girlfriend who believes she is the best-looking woman in the village.

The film will hit the screens on March 30 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

Thota Srinivas has penned the dialogue. Santhosh Narayanan’s background score is wow. Sathyan Sooryan’s cinematography, Navin Nooli’s editing, Avinash Kolla’s production design, and the stunts by the Real Satish-Anbariv duo are expected to be exhilarating.
