Director Anurag Kashyap has been known for his hard hitting movies like Black Friday, No Smoking and Manmarziyaan, and has always been appreciative of good movies coming in any languages. He had also debuted last year as an actor in Tamil, playing the antagonist in Nayanthara starrer Imaikkaa Nodigal directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu.
His affinity towards Tamil movies has always been visible, as he had credited the Madurai Triumvirate Bala, Sasikumar and Ameer for inspiring him to make Gangs of Wasseypur, and now, the critically acclaimed maker has words of praise for yet another interesting Tamil movie adding that he missed an opportunity to work in it.
The movie happens to be Super Deluxe by Thiagarajan Kumararaja, and sharing the viral trailer of the movie, Anurag posted that he had a chance to be a part of the movie (as a writer) and now he regrets missing it. The movie written by Thiagarajan Kumararaja, Neelan, Nalan Kumarasamy and starring Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Samantha, Ramya Krishnan and Mysskin is all set to release on March 29.
