Actress Nadiya shares fond memories of Superstar Rajinikanth after 32 years

Actress Nadiya was one of the top heroines of the late 80s – 90s period and had acted in numerous blockbuster movies in Tamil and Malayalam.  She was a trendsetter even at those times working on her own terms and starred alongside all the big stars of the time such as Rajinikanth, Vijayakanth, Sathyaraj, Prabhu, Suresh and Mohan.

Nadiya after a hiatus due to her marital commitments made a reentry with ‘M Kumaran Son of Mahalakshmi’ and went on to act in hits in Tamil and Telugu like ‘Thamirabharani’, ‘Mirchi, ”Attarintiki Daaredhi’ etc to name a few.

March 4th marks the 32nd year since the release of the movie ‘Rajadhi Raja’ produced by Ilayaraja and directed by R. Sundarajan which went on to become one of the biggest hits in the career of Superstar Rajinikanth.

Nadiya to commemorate the film posted two stills from the movie featuring her and Rajini and captioned them “Can’t believe it. It’s been 32yrs already. Time flies, memories stays forever…My Lucky Superstar @rajinikanth sir #32YearsOfRajadhiRaja”. The film apart from Rajini and Nadiya had Radha, Janagaraj, Radha Ravi, Anandharaj and Vijayakumar. rajini
