Actor Krishna, who had debuted in films as a child artist with ace director Maniratnam's Anjali, later went on to debut in lead role, and starred in many movies like Alibaba, Kazhugu, Yaamirukka Bayamey, Vanmam, and also in his brother Vishnuvardhan's direction in Yatchan costarring Arya.

Krishna was last seen playing a key role as Dhanush's friend in Balaji Mohan's Maari 2, and his role which had ample scope was received well. The actor who has a number of projects like Kazhugu 2, Grahanam in his kitty, is now all set to debut in Malayalam.

The actor took it to Twitter to announce that he's debuting in Malayalam with the movie Picasso, directed by Sunil Kariattukara and produced by Sheikh Afzal. Expressing that he's stepping out of his comfort zone, the actor promised to post photos from the movie soon and sought wishes for his new venture.
