There has been a buzz that Deepika Padukone has been approached to play the leading lady in Nag Ashwin and Prabhas’s film. There have been rumours that the makers of the film have approached the actress and have narrated the story, and that she has given a nod as well.
There has been no official confirmation from the team though. Undoubtedly, the film is going to be produced by Vyjayanthi Movies by Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt.
This film is being made in several languages and Hindi is one. With the image Baahubali and Saaho have garnered for Prabhas, makers are keen in making this film a pan Indian one. But as per Nag Ashwin, this film is going to be a pan world picture.
Well, as per what the rumour mills suggest, it is said Deepika has asked for something really big. Well, this is not the remuneration but something bigger than that.
Deepika, apparently, has asked for the Hindi theatrical rights of the film and she wants to release the film under her banner. This is something definitely very big and we are yet to know what the makers have told her.
If the news is true, it means Deepika is all set to make her Tollywood debut.
