Vijay Sethupathi is the marathon man when it comes to finishing one movie after another in real quick time. After the recent disappointing ‘Sindhubaadh’ the Makkal Selvan has ‘Sanga Thamizhan’ directed by Vijay Chander, ‘Kadaisi Vivasayi’ directed by ‘Kaakaa Muttai’ Manikandan, ‘Laabam’ directed by S.P. Jananathan and few more untitled projects.
Vijay Sethupathi completed an untitled movie produced by Yuvan Shankar Raja and costarring S. Gayathrie and Guru Somasundaram a few months back. Director Seenu Ramaswamy has updated that the post-production work is in full swing and release is planned for September or October.
The film which has Sukumar as the cinematographer and A. Sreekhar Prasad as editor was tentatively titled ‘Maamanithan’ but is unclear whether it will be retained or will come under a new title.
