Music director turned actor Vijay Antony, who was last seen on screens in the action packed cop drama Thimiru Pudichavan is all set to don the khaki yet again in his next titled as Kaaki Da, directed by A Senthilkumar who had previously directed Vaaimai starring Shanthanu.
The movie stars Vijay Antony as a cop, and the actor will be seen flaunting a six pack avatar for the first time, joining the likes of Suriya and Vishal who had earlier sported six packs. The team is planning to rope in a leading heroine to pair with Vijay Antony.
Besides, the movie also stars Jai as an athlete who comes from abroad to India and the hunt is on for his lead, who’ll be a foreigner. Sathyaraj and Eswari Rao play vital supporting roles in Kakki Da. The movie will also star Yogi Babu and Robo Shankar and will have music by Augath. The film begins shooting today.
