Varalakshmi Sarathkumars powerful Maari 2 character revealed

The majestic look of Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in 'Maari 2' has been released and director Balaji Mohan has stated "Varu plays the role of the Joint Secretary of State - Dept. Of Law & Judiciary. Bold, honest & straightforward. A ray of hope who always strives to do the right thing."

'Maari 2' has the ensemble cast of Dhanush, Sai Pallavi, Kreshna, Tovino Thomas, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Robo Shankar and others. Yuvan Shankar Raja scores the music, Om Prakash handles the camera and jointly produced by Wunderbar Films and Lyca Productions.
