The release plan of Suriya’s ‘Jai Bhim’ revealed! – Exciting Details

Actor Suriya has an exciting movie pipeline up his sleeve. Apart from ‘Vaadivasal’ and ‘Etharkum Thuninthavan’, he is featuring in a very bold role in his upcoming release ‘Jai Bhim’ under the direction of Tha Se Gnanavel of Kootathil Oruvan fame.

Produced by himself under the banner 2D Entertainment, Suriya plays a role of a public prosecutor in ‘Jai Bhim’. This movie is based on a 1993 legal battle. Suriya’s character is based on a real-life senior advocate named Chandru. This courtroom drama is an adaptation of a legal battle led by Chandru to bring justice for an Irular tribe woman.

Jai Bhim also stars Prakash Raj, Manikandan of Sillu Karupatti fame, Lijomol Jose of Sivappu Manjal Pachai fame, and Rajisha Vijayan who debuted in Tamil with Mari Selvaraj’s Karnan. The latest news is that the producer Suriya has planned to release ‘Jai Bhim’ on Amazon Prime Video. The film will be premiered this November on the streaming platform. Fans are expecting that this courtroom drama might be out around Diwali time. Also, the star has decided to release four flicks from his production house on Amazon Prime in the upcoming four months.
