Ram Pothineni’s ‘Andhra King Taluka’ Locks OTT Release Date on Netflix

Ram Pothineni-starrer Andhra King Taluka, which released in theatres last month, is all set to make its OTT debut. Streaming giant Netflix has officially announced that the film will begin streaming from December 25, just in time for Christmas. The movie will be available in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, ensuring wide reach across audiences.

Directed by Mahesh Babu P and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Andhra King Taluka opened to decent reviews upon its theatrical release. However, despite positive word of mouth around its concept and performances, the film could not sustain strong momentum at the box office.

Nevertheless, Ram Pothineni has expressed satisfaction with the buzz the film managed to create. The actor remains optimistic that the movie will find a broader and more appreciative audience following its digital premiere, especially during the festive holiday season.

Andhra King Taluka revolves around the story of a die-hard movie star fan and his deep emotional bond with a superstar, portrayed by Upendra. The narrative also features a romantic track between Sagar, played by Ram Pothineni, and Mahalaxmi, portrayed by Bhagyashri Borse, both of whom play key roles in driving the story forward.
