The inspiration behind HanuMan’s Sensational Scenes

Prasanth Varma’s directorial venture, “HanuMan,” is making waves at the box office, with Teja Sajja in the lead role portraying a petty thief bestowed with the superpowers of Lord Hanuman, using them to combat forces of evil. Amritha Aiyer plays the leading lady in this captivating narrative.

In a recent discussion, Prashanth Varma opened up about his inspiration for “HanuMan,” citing Hollywood’s legendary director Christopher Nolan. Expressing his admiration, Varma aspires to achieve even one percent of Nolan’s mastery in screenplay writing, considering it a significant accomplishment. He shared his experience of watching Nolan’s films, particularly highlighting “Interstellar” and “Tenet,” though admitting he found the latter a bit challenging to comprehend.

Delving into the high points of “HanuMan,” Varma pinpointed two standout scenes. He mentioned a captivating Cheetah shot featured in the trailer, and a remarkable Tiger shot embedded in the film, noting that the Cheetah scene didn’t make it into the final cut. Demonstrating his commitment to collaboration, Varma hired a team of writers, compensating them adequately and ensuring due credit for their contributions. His vision is to cultivate a robust pool of scriptwriters, recognizing the scarcity in the field.

Varma revealed the meticulous creation of Anjanadri using VFX, incorporating six distinct worlds akin to Anjanadri. The climax, a well-thought-out culmination, showcases Varma’s dedication to crafting a memorable cinematic experience. He shed light on the deliberations surrounding the inclusion of a sequence featuring the Shiv Ling and Lord Hanuman, revealing that extensive discussions transpired before ultimately deciding to incorporate the scene into the film. Varma’s commitment to detail and collaboration underscores the depth and thought invested in the making of “HanuMan.”

Movie lovers are now gripped with HanuMan fever and now they are waiting eagerly for the sequel Jai Hanuman which will be released in 2025. They also started speculating on the film’s storyline.
