After the huge success of Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Beast’ an old video of Director SA Chandrashekar, the father of Thalapathy Vijay, revealing the first salary of the Theri actor is going viral on social media platforms.

Among many other interesting bits of trivia about legendary actors like MGR and Sivaji Ganesan, he also revealed a fact about Vijay’s career that even many of his fans may not know. He revealed that Vijay’s first film ever was Vetri and that Vijay’s salary, even as a child artist, was Rs. 500.

Currently, Vijay has started shooting for his upcoming film with Telugu director Vamsi Padipally. The next schedule of shooting will begin in Hyderabad from the first week of May, and a major talkie portion is planned to be shot during the schedule.

Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna will be part of the schedule, while Shaam is also expected to join the team in Hyderabad. Meanwhile, a huge set has been erected in Chennai for a song shoot, which will be shot after the Hyderabad schedule.
