Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar passed away on October 29 after suffering a massive heart attack. The 46-year-old actor's sudden demise came as a shock to the whole country. The actor donated his eyes like his late father and a legendary Kannada star Dr Rajkumar.

Puneeth was laid to rest with honours at the Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru on October 31. Fondly called Appu by the fans, he has done many welfare works and uplifted the lives of people. Earlier, the power star's dear friend and Tamil actor Vishal had promised to adopt 1800 students who were previously taken care of by the late actor.

The Tamil actor had also paid his homage by planting a tree sapling. Now, the latest news is that Vishal paid a visit to Appu's house today. Vishal visited Puneeth’s residence in Bengaluru and met his family. The Enemy actor also met Puneeth Rajkumar’s brother and actor Shivarajkumar. He shared a couple of pictures on his Twitter handle from the visit.

In one of the pics, Vishal and Shivarajkumar are seen having a conversation. Sharing the photos, Vishal wrote, “Still not able to get over the fact that #PuneethRajkumar is not with us anymore.” A meeting honouring Puneeth Rajkumar was held at the Bangalore Palace Grounds yesterday, and actor Vishal had also participated in the event.
