Suriya and director Hari have combined and given five super hits ‘Vel’, ‘Aaru’ and ‘Singam’ and its two sequels. They have now reunited for ‘Aruvaa’ produced by K.E. Gnanavelraja with D. Imman on board as music director.
Gnanavelraja in his latest interview has revealed that ‘Aruvaa’ is the story of siblings and will be a mix of ‘Vel’ and ‘Kadaikutty Singam’. He has further added that family sentiments will be given importance in the script as much as other commercial ingredients such as comedy and action. He has stressed that much before the same styled ‘Viswasam’ starring Ajith that became a huge blockbuster it was Hari who pioneered such films with ‘Aaru’, ‘Vel’, ‘Thamirabarani’ and ‘Vengai’. The shooting begins in April and the release is already planned for Diwali this year.
