Director Pradeep Ranganathan (Comali fame) delivered his second film ‘Love Today’ last week in which he turned into a lead actor. It was a coming-of-age romantic comedy film and became a huge hit among the youth audience. The movie is a terrific hit at the domestic box office.

Now, Pradeep Ranganathan is on cloud nine as he met with Superstar Rajinikanth following the grand success of ‘Love Today’. The young filmmaker broke the internet earlier today by sharing pictures from his meeting with Rajini and penned an emotional note. His social media post is now rocking the social media.

It seems that Superstar Rajinikanth was impressed with his work, honoured and hugged after watching the movie. Pradeep wrote, “What more can I ask for ? It was like to be near a sun . So warm . The tight hug , those eyes , the laugh , the style and the love . What a personality . SUPERSTAR @rajinikanth saw #LoveToday and wished me. Will never forget the words you said sir” (sic).

Love Today also stars Yogi Babu, Ivana, Sathyaraj, Radhika Sarathkumar and Raveena in pivotal roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music for the movie. The film is highly acclaimed and celebrated for repeat worthy comedy and emotional sequences. On the work front, Pradeep earlier revealed that he had narrated a script to Thalapathy Vijay.
