Soundarya is the younger daughter of Superstar Rajinikanth. She is an entrepreneur, graphic designer, film producer and director in the Tamil film industry. On Sunday, Soundarya broke the internet by announcing the birth of her second child through her social media handles.

Soundarya wedded actor and businessman Vishagan Vanangamudi in February 2019. She already has a son named Ved born in 2015 (to her ex-husband). Now, the couple has given birth to a baby boy on September 11. They took to social media to reveal the little munchkin's name and also dropped some love-filled pictures from her pregnancy photoshoot.

In one of the pictures, the newborn baby can be seen holding somebody’s finger. Posting the happy news, Soundarya wrote, "With God’s abundant grace and our parents’ blessings (folded hands and angel emojis), Vishagan, Ved and I are thrilled to welcome Ved’s little brother VEER RAJINIKANTH VANANGAMUDI today 11/9/22. #Veer #Blessed. Thank you to our amazing doctors” (sic).
