After the critically acclaimed super hit 'Maaya' in 2015, the Potential Studios banner that consists of five young producers have delivered another critically acclaimed hit film in 2017. Their latest outing 'Maanagaram' directed by debutant Lokesh Kanakaraj has emerged as a clear hit with the Tamil Nadu collections soaring above five crores at the end of the second weekend.

According to sources within the Box office trade circles, 'Maangaram' has collected Rs.5.5 crores in ten days of release. This consists of Rs.67 lakhs as Chennai's share and Rs.1.35 crores from Chengalpet distribution area.

Starring Shri, Sundeep Kishan and Regina in lead roles, 'Maanagaram' has been running successfully in theaters and expected to complete a few more weeks of houseful shows at the box office.
