Director tries to get actress to divorce IPL team owner

Actress Shilpa Shetty won many hearts due to her superb dancing skills matching steps with Thalapathy Vijay in the “Macarena” song in ‘Khushi’ directed by S.J.Suriya.  After her marriage to Raj Kundra and becoming co-owner of the Rajasthan Royals team in the IPL she cut down on films and is now a judge on the reality show ‘Super Dancer 3’.

On the show co-judge director Anurag Basu without Shilpa’s knowledge took her cell phone and sent a message to the actress’s mother that she had a fight with her husband Raj and is divorcing him.  The other judge choreographer Geeta Kapoor informed Shilpa about what the director did and she immediately called her mother and informed her not to believe any such message of divorce of pregnancy until she herself tells her in person.  The happily married Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra have a son Viaan Raj Kundra.
