Serial actor Ishwar Raghunathan has lodged a police complaint that the father of his wife's lover is threatening to kill her. This incident has stirred controversies in the media. Ishwar is a serial star who featured in famous shows like Kalyana Parisu, Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai, Office, Raja Rani and Naam Iruvar Namakku Iruvar. He is living in an apartment in Thiruvanmiyur.

Ishwar's wife Jayashree is also a serial actress. They have a daughter who is also a child actor in serials. Back in 2019, Jayashree filed a complaint against her husband in Adayar police station for domestic violence. Following the allegation, Ishwar was arrested by cops and now the couple had parted ways. Now, he lodged a new police complaint and addressed the press.

Ishwar said that Jeyashree is now living with a medico named Ragavesh in their apartment. But Ragavesh's father Shanmugam, a businessman and cinema producer, is unhappy about the two living together. Shanmugam has asked Jayashree to leave his son alone. The actor added that Shanmugan then reached out to him to separate Jaya and Ragavesh.

Ishwar also said that Shanmugam showed the photos and clips of the two being together and lamented to him. But Ishwar gently ignored him by saying that he can do nothing about it as his divorce case in the court. Ishwar said, "Lastly, Shanmugan said to me that he will run over a car and kill Jayashree if she doesn't leave her son. If something happens to her, that blame will also come to me."

Ishwar continues, "So I reached out to the commissioner office and registered a complaint. If something bad happens, I am not responsible for it. Also, Jayashree is doing this to many men for the sake of money. She is not appearing in court for the divorce case by stating false reasons."
