Yesterday director Selvaraghavan and actor Santhanam confirmed that they are going to work together in a new film. It is said that Santhanam will play the lead role in this film that will have comedy one would expect from Santa and emotional value that one would expect in a Selva flick.
Now we learn from a reliable source that the shooting of the film will commence in September. Selva is presently busy with the post production work for his horror flick 'Nenjam Marappathillai' starring SJ Suryah, Regina and Nadita in lead roles. The team is targeting a September first week release.
On the other hand Santhanam , after delivering the super hit 'Dhillukku Dhuddu' is presently busy with the final leg of work for 'Server Sundaram' directed by debutant Anand Balki.
So it looks likely that both the hero and director will be ready to start their film in September. We can expect official announcement on the other cast and crew members as well as the commencement of this project very soon.
