Telugu actor Rana Daggubati has acted in several Tamil movies like Thala Ajith's Arrambam, Arya, Sri Divya starrer Bengaluru Natkal and has acted in few more movies awaiting release.
Yesterday the first look of his long delayed Tamil movie 1945 was released, and this movie is a period dram directed by Kazhugu director Sathya Shiva and produced by K Productions. As the first look announcement came, Rana made an accusation that the first look was released to get finance.
Rana tweeted "This is an unfinished film with the Producer who had defaulted on monies and on completion. Haven’t met them for over a year. This is his idea of raising money in the Markets by cheating more people :) pls don’t entertain this. Thanks". In response, producer Rajarajan tweeted "The Director is the one who decides whether the film is complete or not.. Let the audience decide whether this film is complete or not. Almost 60 days of shoot and crores of money invested, nobody will release an unfinished movie.@Sathyasivadir A director decides the script."
