Suriya’s Next Big Move: ‘Vishwanath & Sons’ First Look Released!

Suriya, a leading star of the Tamil film industry who has been delivering a string of hits, has officially announced his next project. He is teaming up with popular director Venky Atluri, known for successful films like Vaathi and Lucky Baskhar.

Earlier today (March 2, 2026), the film crew unveiled the title and the first-look poster. The movie has been titled ‘Vishwanath & Sons’.

In the released poster, Suriya appears in a very gentle and endearing avatar, holding a child with a milk bottle in hand. This confirms that the film will be a heartwarming family drama.

The film boasts an impressive lineup of talent: Female Lead Mamitha Baiju of Premalu fame stars opposite Suriya.Supporting Cast Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon makes her Tamil comeback after a long hiatus. Veteran actress Radhika Sarathkumar and Bhavani Sre also play pivotal roles. G.V. Prakash Kumar reunites with Suriya following their massive success with Soorarai Pottru.

The makers have announced that the film will be a wholesome family entertainer. It is officially scheduled for a theatrical release this July.

Sharing the news on social media, Suriya posted: “A unique romance, a family with a purpose—we are coming this July with a complete entertainer.”
