Actor Ajith Stranded in Dubai: Manager Issues Key Update on Safety

The ongoing war tensions in Middle Eastern countries have severely impacted international air travel. Specifically, military actions involving Iran, Israel, and the United States have led to heightened airspace security in countries including the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Actor Ajith Kumar, who is deeply passionate about car racing alongside his film career, has been participating in international racing events under his team, “Ajith Kumar Racing.” He has been stationed in Dubai for the past few weeks undergoing intensive training.

Yesterday (March 1, 2026), Ajith had planned to return to Chennai after completing his training sessions. However, when he reached the Dubai International Airport, several flights were abruptly canceled due to war tensions and airspace restrictions. Consequently, he was unable to return to Chennai and had to remain in Dubai.

As fans expressed concern over Ajith’s safety on social media, his manager, Suresh Chandra, provided an official clarification. He stated:

“Ajith Kumar was supposed to leave for Chennai yesterday, but due to flight cancellations, he returned to his residence from the airport. He is currently very safe in Dubai. Fans do not need to worry.”

Currently, daily life for the public in Dubai and Abu Dhabi remains normal. However, as a security precaution, the airspace has been restricted. Ajith is expected to return to Chennai once the situation stabilizes and flight operations resume.
