Rana, director plan ‘RRR’ of a different kind?

Are Rana Daggubati and his ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’ director Teja going to come together for a dark thriller?  The answer is yes, if some media reports are to be believed.

It’s said that Rana has agreed to do the antagonist’s role in a film titled ‘Rakshasa Rajyamlo Ravanasurudu’.  This project has been Teja’s only hope ever since ‘Sita’ bombed at the box-office last year.  If everything goes well, ‘RRR’ (not to be confused with the Rajamouli-NTR-Ram Charan movie) will happen soon.

Rana’s energies are currently focused on Venu Udugula’s ‘Virataparvam’, for which he has been shooting with Sai Pallavi and Priaymani in Kerala.  He has a few other pending projects on hand.  It has to be soon how he will prioritize the different projects.
