Lyca Productions' highly anticipated action drama, Vettaiyan, starring superstar Rajinikanth, has unveiled its first song, "Manasilayo." This celebratory track, originally in Tamil, pays a heartwarming tribute to the late legendary singer, Malaysia Vasudevan, whose voice has been recreated using groundbreaking artificial intelligence technology.
The Telugu version of "Manasilayo," sung by Nakash Aziz, Anirudh Ravichander, Arun Kaundinya, and Deepti Suresh, promises to be an equally captivating number. Penned by Srinivasa Mouli, the song blends the grandeur of a welcome scene for Rajinikanth's character with a modern musical arrangement reminiscent of "Chumma Kizhi" from Darbar. A clever nod to Rajini's previous hit, Jailer, features a popular line spoken by actor Vinayakan in that film.
Directed by TJ Gnanavel, Vettaiyan boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Amitabh Bachchan (in his Tamil debut), Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, and VJ Rakshan. Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan reunite after 33 years, making their on-screen collaboration a highly anticipated event. Supporting performances come from Rohini, Abhirami, and Jisshu Sengupta.
The film's technical prowess is equally impressive, with Anirudh Ravichander returning for his fourth collaboration with Rajinikanth. Cinematographer SR Kathir and editor Philomin Raj also contribute significantly to the production. Currently in post-production, Vettaiyan is scheduled to release in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi on October 10th. With its star-studded cast, emotional depth, and innovative use of AI, the film is poised to be one of the biggest releases of the year, solidifying Rajinikanth's iconic status and Lyca Productions' reputation for delivering blockbuster entertainment.
Rajinikanth's fans are ecstatic to see their hero in top form, delivering a mass spectacle with his energetic dance moves. Anticipation for the film is running high, and fans are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to experience this cinematic feast on the big screen. Movie lovers are already in celebratory mode enjoying Rajinikanth's superlative style statements.
