“After nearly 50 years, all of you have come together again. The happiness one gets on seeing old friends has no measure. It is a matter of pride that many who studied in this college, like Sailendra Babu and Iraiyanbu, are today holding prestigious positions and enjoying high status in society.”

Sharing old memories and speaking about the importance of friendship, Rajinikanth revealed something he still follows in his own life:

No matter how busy I am, I go to Bengaluru once every six months. There, I meet my old friends who worked as drivers and conductors with me. No matter how busy I am, I go to Bengaluru once every six months. There, I meet my old friends who worked as drivers and conductors with me.

I have even forgotten my own name, Sivaji. But the joy I feel when they affectionately call me ‘Dei Sivaji’ is beyond comparison.Don’t stop with just this reunion. Whenever you get the opportunity, meet your friends. It will give great refreshment and renewal to your life.

This emotional gathering rekindled youthful memories for the alumni present and stood as a memorable event to be cherished for a lifetime.
