Raashi Khanna has, for the first time in a Telugu movie, dubbed for herself. It’s for Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘World Famous Lover’. Besides achieving a makeover by losing oodles of weight, the ‘Toli Prema’ actress is determined to portray a new side to her performance in the awaited movie.
“Dubbing for the first time!! I always had this fear that my voice or my diction won’t be very proper for a character.. but I surprised myself! Can’t wait for you all to hear my voice in the film,” she said.
A playback singer who has rendered songs in ‘Jodi’, ‘Balakrishnudu’ and ‘Jawaan’, Raashi is one of the four heroines of ‘WFL’. Directed by Kranthi Madhav, its production works are almost over. The makers are yet to announce the release date.
